Adelīna Skerškāne is currently pursuing a Bachelor degree in Baltic and English/American studies. Her main interests lie in the systematization and preservation of Latgalian language, as well as in the analysis of multilingualism in the Eastern part of Latvia. Another topic of her interest is the Western post-modernistic influence on literature in Latvia and Eastern Europe in general. She joined the IRTG “Baltic Peripeties” as a student researcher in April 2023. Her tasks are bibliographical research, organization and systematization of sources and literature titles in the context of assisting PhD research.
